Being disappointed in the lack of printable screwdriver sharpening jigs and time it takes to ship one from China – I made my own
This model accepts screwdrivers up to 6mm in diameter
Side screw allows easy flipping to sharpen evenly
Use 608 bearings (usual skateboard or fidget bearings)
Polygonal axis allows easier bearing installation
Use at least 20mm M3 screw (25mm on photo) to clamp your screwdriver from the side
There are 4 models with different size of bearing axis (8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3mm)
I use 8.3mm one, but it requires pressing bearings on with some force
If you want – print ScrewdriverSharpeningJig_FitTest and testfit your bearing before printing the main model (if the polygon with “1” on it is still tight – print the 8_0 model)
Print standing up with a big brim (see slicer screenshot)
I used 0.2mm layers and 3 perimeters
Infill doesn't really matter, so 15% is fine, for example
No supports are required
