Server Rack 1U and 2U Mounts (Screw and Cage Nut Replacement)

Server rack screw and cage nut replacement.

I designed these to be an easy fit for any 1U or 2U items that fit on a standard 19" server rack.

Printed in PTGE, PLA, and ABS.

.2mm layer height
6 wall loops
5 top shell layers
3 bottom shell layers
50% Triangle infill
No supports
(Orca Slicer 0.2mm Strength profile for Bambu Lab Carbon X1 0.4 nozzle)

If you experience issues with the fasteners and bed adhesion; recommend adding a 5mm exterior brim to the fasteners (I have had success with and without).

Do not over tighten.

These have not been load tested, use at your own risk.

6mm bolts have a larger tolerance for easier fit.
1U and 2U design.
Fasteners are slimmer to ensure two can fit next to each other in the rack.
