My grandfather when he found out I had a 3d printer asked if I could print something flexible like a gasket. He quickly gave me a hand-drawn sketch of the base of the antenna trim piece. Apparently a gasket is required to prevent the paint from cracking when tightening the antenna. I used Inkscape to convert the drawing to a svg file then modified it on tinkercad. The outer rim is roughly 1/16" (~1.6mm) tall and the inner structure is about 1/8" (~3.2mm) tall.
Printed with 100% infill using Sunlu 95A TPU on a direct drive ender 3.
