As seems the case for many, my stock MK3.9 choked on NinjaFlex TPU the first time I tried it, using Prusa's profile. The filament would get wrapped around the main drive gear, bending the filament guides:
I decided to tackle this problem on two fronts: Adding a brace between the two guides to prevent the “bending," and to decrease the clearance between the guides and the drive gear. Final part was printed using Prusament Polycarbonate to ensure the stiffest part with 0.15mm layer height to clean up the holes, 50% infill. If using Polycarbonate, set the scaling factor in the slicer to 100.75% to compensate for shrinkage.
The author remixed this model.
