When using the C270 in my Kingroon KLP1, I wasn't able to see very much of the build plate because of the C270's small FOV. I grabbed the cheapest “Smartphone Wide Angle Lens”-Kit on Amazon and made it fit onto my C270 using the Remixed Version by Daniel Vitanza, which is a improved version of the Logitech c270 webcam manual focus adjust ring. Thin & minimalistic. by Night_Gryphon - Thingiverse.
The cheap Lens-Kit I used*: https://amzn.to/3SkRHAb (I still have the fish-eye-lens left for my phone 😅)
Screw in the Macro- and 0.67x Wide-Lens (they need to be used both to work correctly) into the printed Cover. The hole has a slight chamfer to make this task easier.
Then take the camera apart: Simply pull off the original decorative cover and take out the 3 screws (keep them!). Take off the unscrewed original cover and put on the printed cover… carefully tighten the 3 screws (you can turn each screw counterclockwise until you feel the screw jump into its thread in the plastic part before fastening the screw - that way you dont destroy the thread so fast).
Now lets see if you can see all you wanna see 😉

The author remixed this model.
I made the hole of the cover bigger (diameter: 16,8mm) and the whole cover thicker (+1,5mm) so it fits a Smartphone Lens (without the crappy clip) and doesn't need support or printing multiple parts.
