These adapters are made for the DEWALT DWE7492  

Table saw adapter : 
- ID 35mm for shop vac 
- Port for 31.5mm ID hose to riving knife

Riving knife adapter :
- Tapered that goes inside the riving knife 
- Port for 31.5mm ID hose

Fusion 360 file included, if you want to edit the design / adapt the diameters for your shop vac.
