Hello,
i won't print it because of the supports. I know from experience that you only ever get frustrated with the result. Especially with such a large part as the shelf.
Can't you make two parts out of it and put them on the side? Preferably with 2-4 screws and a nut to bring them together. Still better than the supports.

I printed the shelf at 5% infill & used snug supports to balance material use & strength. The smaller parts can be printed at 15%.

@drewbs Yes was planning to print it like this but i think it should have support unless you mean that the middle section is not that important anyway.
