Keychain Surfboard with integrated NFC Tag

Printed with Prusament PETG wihtout supports. You need a NFC Tag, Paracord 4mm,  keychain ring and superglue.

Pause the print at level 10, place the NFC tag inside and follow up with the print. The fins can be printed by different color if you want. You can place for example a YouTube, Spotify or Location link on the NFC tag. Put a drop of superglue into the clap to glue paracord into the hole. Also superglue the fins into holes.

To bend the board just put it away from the heating-bed, put it back at 100 °C (PETG) and leave it for a few minutes on the bed. After that you can shape the board to the typical surfboard shape you lie (nose & tail)

Two versions available: one with typical surfboard shape at nose and tail, on plain over the complete length.

If you don't want to use NFC tag:

• Just print the board and don't stop it

If you like to use a NFC tag:

• Take a NFC tag with max. 19 mm radius (e.g. this NFC 18mm tag)
• Pause print at level 10 and place NFC tag inside
• Follow up with printing
• Place your datas on the tag with a NFC app for iOS or Android 
• Simple place the smartphone with the NFC reader over the tag to start reading
