My own design for an AuthentiKit "Wedge" part that is designed to attach to 1530 (8020) aluminum extrusion instead of the default AuthentiKit mounting arm. Fits into the standard "Dovetail" part. Original AuthentiKit files available here: https://download.authentikit.org
Attach using M4 x 16mm screws with T-nuts. I used this successfully with the M4 T-slot nut adapters by effixe (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3199057).
May also work with metric 2040 aluminum extrusion, but that has not been tested by me.
The part is designed as the original, with top/bottom and two sides. AuthentiKit parts will not mount correctly if the part is installed sideways. The four screw holes are very slightly offset, so height can be changed a bit by flipping it one way or the other.
I've used this extensively in my own flight sim rig setup for mounting almost all of my gear. Has worked well for years with no failures.
No rafts, no supports needed.
