Mostly Parameterized Threaded Tube Filler

Long story short, I wanted to mount my ring light to the top of my monitor stand, and the cap that it came with wasn't designed to sustain that kind of weight so I dropped a longer bolt in. That was looser than I would like, so made this to fill out the space at the bottom. Figure I'm not the only person who might need something like this.

This is mostly parameterized; the countersink hole, the overall width of the spacer, and the thickness of the outer ring are all in the Params spreadsheet, but the style of countersink and the specific thread that you want need to be modified in the ScrewHole settings.
