Hey there! I made this super cool trophy that screams STEM with three planetary gears and spur gears – it's like robotics magic! See how it rocks in this YT short.

Putting it together is a breeze. Just five parts that snugly click into place – no engineering degree required. I used a slick clearance of 0.05mm, and voila, it came out of my printer fitting like a glove. If it's a tad loose, a dab of glue works wonders. And if it's too tight, a bit of sanding will do the trick. Hit me up if you run into any snags.

Here's the lowdown on assembly:

  1. Slap the base onto the long end of the frame.
  2. Stick the littlest gear onto the bottom hex knob.
  3. Pop the medium gear onto the middle hex knob.
  4. Top it off by attaching the biggest gear to the highest hex knob.

Get that printer humming, and happy printing! 🚀
