GPD Win Mini Grip

Decided to try and design a pair of grips for the GPD Win Mini, uploading it here so mayb it can serve as an inspiration for other designs.

No, you cannot close the device when the grips are installed.

Assembly Materials

The following materials are needed to assemble the grip

• Zip Ties :- 2.5mm wide - 1mm Thick x 4
• Elastic strap :- 25mm Wide - 1mm Thick of sufficient length

Print Instructions

• Print the arm with the flat part on the bed
• Print the edge with the flat part on the bed
• Flip both parts for the other side of the GPD Win Mini

Assembly Instructions

• Put the flat part of the “edge” over the right angle “arm” of the … “arm” They have holes in the same position and look at the pictures for the right orientation
• Insert zip ties into holes to secure the 2 parts, point the block downwards and they shouldn't get in the way of your hands
  • I guess if you hate the zip ties getting in your way, you could insert zip ties through the holes, pour super glue or something down the hole, and then snip off the tips once dry
• Use the 3 slots on the arm part to thread the elastic strap and connect left and right sides.

  • Made an edge piece that increases the width a bit to help with handling.
  • Added V2 of the standard edge piece with a thicker top bar where the 2 zip tie holes are for better printability
