Toolhead PTFE Guide V5

The Toolhead PTFE guide v5 provide a firm attachment point and a smooth curve to the PTFE tube, reducing friction with the filament and improving the alignment with the hotend.

⚠ Don't use PLA, use PETG or a plastic that can withstand higher temperatures.

ℹ It is recommended to use support tree for a better finish of the screw holes.

WHY TO USE:

• Can solve AMS Filament Pull problems
• Prevents PTFE tube from ragging on the glass surface
• Provide a smooth curve to the PTFE tube

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove the PTFE tube from the toolhead - you can use the ToolHead PTFE Remover
2. Remove both screws from the old PTFE guide.
3. Screw the new Toolhead PTFE guide v5 - Do not overtighten screws
4. Insert the PTFE tube through the guide, make sure it is connected to the PTFE connector on the hot end.
