So I bought one of those outside tent/garages over Thanksgiving… it's 10x17 and nice for storing the lawn mowers and stuff in.  It has a flap door on the front with two zippers on either side.  Trying to roll it up is a pain… the material is heavy enough that it doesn't roll well, it starts to fold.

So, the idea is to put a ¾" conduit in the sleeve along the bottom of the door.  I made these clips to go into the side of the conduit, and they have a clip that will hold the conduit against the door fabric.  I will pose a picture of it when it is installed.

I used a nylon lock nut and a ¼-20, but I had to be careful not to turn too hard so as to not break it.  I probably should have used a 10-24 or an 8-32… they wouldn't have been as tight on the lock nut, but I had two 2.25" ¼-20s sitting around so I just used those.  I tested it in the pipe and it seems to hold well, so we'll see how it does on the door.

Made in PETG.  Message me for the fusion 360 file.

20240201 - added pictures of the actual application I used these for… and by the way, they worked perfect.  MUCH easier to roll up the garage door.
