Ever since we purchased the Doona Liki I have not liked the short width of the parent handlebars, so I decided to design and print extensions. This is my first 3D design and I used TinkerCAD to create it. I couldn't get the cylinders to be perfectly round, but I think that actually helps it stay on the Doona bars a bit better.
These are a decently snug fit, but they did still spin after putting them on. I used some cloth automotive tape on the innermost portion of the handlebars then pushed the extensions over the tape which gave them a snug, but removable, fit. I added a hole in the extensions to add a self tapping screw if I ever wanted to make them permanent.
I used PETG at 20% gyroid infill and seems very sturdy. Took about 12 hours for each extension on Ender 3 V2.
