Rotary Flexture Gripper (FRC intake)

2-branched star intake element that can grab game pieces very reliably at lower or higher speeds.

Initially designed for the 2023 FIRST Robotics Competition challenge, remixed for the 2024 challenge.

Created during the Robot in 3 Days event at Université de Sherbrooke.

About 140mm in length with a ½" hex bore for mounting.

Print with TPU, around 90A durometer.
0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height.
Branches should all be perimeters, with no infill at all (see pictures).
