I would like to present the enclosure design that I have been creating and modifying for several weeks.

I created the enclosure for my own needs, because my printer is located in the underground garage. There is high humidity and low temperatures.

I also want the chamber to serve as a place for painting projects, which is why most of the walls in my room are filled with PIR boards, which maintain the temperature perfectly.

If you would like to fill the walls with PLEXI, I have designed a special filler.

The dimensions of individual elements are adapted to the dimensions of PIR boards that are available for purchase (120x60cm). I bought 2 of these boards and placed them in 4 walls. The front door is made of 5mm PLEXI, dimensions 56.5 x 58 cm.

The chamber can be easily enlarged or reduced. You just need to use the right elements. I just created a compartment that perfectly fits the Ender 3 v2 Neo printer.

I assembled my enclosure without using glue. The profiles fit perfectly together. I wanted the structure to be able to be quickly disassembled and moved in parts at any time.

To sum up:

1. The entire structure can be printed on a 3D printer.

2. No screws needed. Glue is optional.

3. The front door is filled with PLEXI with the dimensions given above.

4. The walls are filled with termPIR-AL boards, 2 cm thick and dimensions 60x60 cm (1 wall). Filler available for other filling.

Printing parameters:

Frame:
- PETG temp. 230/70
- infill 10%
- speed 100 mm/s

Connector:
- PETG temp. 230/70
- infill 20%
- speed 100 mm/s

Corner:
- PETG temp. 230/70
- infill 10%
- speed 100 mm/s

I recommend testing the parameters with your own filament on each element to obtain the best results.

IMPORTANT:
The connector is designed without tolerances. This is a deliberate attempt so that everyone can adjust its scale according to the capabilities of their own printer. The idea is for the structure to hold together without glue.

Just print 1 connector first and check if this size is appropriate.
