In addition to the factory screw included in the original piece that is used to secure the metal key to plastic housing, you'll also need: 

2 8mm M2 screws

1 M2 nut to be put into slot on front piece.. The second screw is just tension fit. 

Print with large flat sides on printer bed. Support the small shelf where metal key screw attaches.
