BTT 4.3 faceplate for Clicky Claky Door

This is a remix of the faceplate incluuded in the https://www.printables.com/model/661094-voron-24-trident-with-clicky-clacky-door-touchscre.

The original faceplate isn't compatible with the BigTreeTech 4.3 screen that came with my LDO kit (Rev C). I modified the hole pattern and added the cutouts on the bottom for the port and button access. 

Additionally I made a version that has a Voron logo. It might be sligtly tigh getting the screen in at the brigtness buttons. Best printed with any MMU setup.
