Original Prusa XL Better Fan Shroud

Since the beginning i see that the original Cooling Duct is not so good, it Blows the Air beside the Nozzle.

I change many things from the Original Author of this Duct, and did many Tests. 

That is the final Cooling Duct that gives me the Best Cooling on all Sides and the Best results.

When we will have better Results we need a 2nd Fan.

Look at the Overhang Tests i make, one is With the Original fan Duct and one is My Duct, you can see it in the Fotos. The Tests are made with the Exact same Gcode and the same Filament.

I recoment to Print this with an 0.25 Nozzle, it Can also Pritned with an 0.4 but the Quality is not Perfect. And take a High Temp material: ASA, Nylon, PC

This gives me the Best Results on my Prints.

Try it out what is for you the best Cooling Duct.

Only the mount is mostly the same. More contentrated on the nozzle. And blowwind from two sides.
