For my printer, I have a hyperpixel screen running OctoScreen and Octoprint (attached with this print https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/47153-lcd-hyperpixel-4-touchscreen-cover).
That part is nice, but the USB connections both for Raspberry Pi power and for connecting up serial always weren't very clean in terms of cable management. To make plugging it in easier, I used this in combination with some USB panel mount connectors on this print to make it easier to plug in.
While the serial cable didn't need to be connected to the panel mount connector, but I thought it looked cleaner this way.
It is attached to the side with aluminum extrusions after adding t slot nuts. The holes on the side of the box allow it to be screwed into t slot nuts.
This probably isn't the greatest model, but it worked well enough for me.
The author hasn't provided the model origin yet.
