Simply clamp the device to the board and drill a hole in the middle using a hinge drill. This way you always have the same distance to the edge, e.g. for handles on drawers or doors.
It is best to print the jig with 100% infill to avoid damaging it when using clamps. If you only hold it firmly by hand, you can also use less infill. You should use a variable layer height in order to print the small nose as precisely as possible for positioning at the center line.
