The DJI Motion Controller is awesome, but if you need to set it down for any reason, it sends your drone into a flat spin. Slip it on your controller and voila - you can set it down and it remains vertical.
It's a nice tight fit, based on a scan of the controller and designed to stay on all the time without glue or anything. There is a hole in the back so you can charge without removing the stand.
I printed it in ASA, but tough PLA works well too. I used .2 layer height, 4 perimeters @ .6 width, 15% infill and 1.2mm top and bottom minimum thickness. The rear hole prints better with a little support, and I painted the seams to follow the controller seams (you'll see them in the model).
