THIS IS NOT AN EASY PRINT
I showed off a prototype design and several people expressed interest in the design. This print is intended to test using layer heights and various extrusions to get color and glass effects with translucent PETG filament.
I printed it using 0.6 size nozzles in the 0.32 layer height.
I heavily calibrated my settings for the California and Overture PET-G I'm using, you'll need to calibrate your own.
You will need to test a 1 layer print and measure your actual layer 1 layer height to avoid this from coming out ugly.
Each sub model needs to be positioned carefully and set to the proper height based on the layer height you're using. There are several little slabs I added to fix defects in the original SVGs (speckles and whatnot) that cause aberrations in the gcode path.
Were there better ways to do this? Yes.
Please feel free to remix this with a more friendly end-user version. This was experimental for me to work on a design process and not a distributable model.
The 3MF was laid out according to my latest successful print.
The STL source files are what I iteratively worked on, the sizes in them are lies, but you can remix them how you see fit.
