A new 3-digits counter made on the base of my 2-digits counter
Keyring version included
A lot of changes was made since then
Now it's the same force needed to increase and reduce the number
It's bigger, but still pretty compact
The same as in 2-digits version the counter moves in steps, it ‘locks in’ on a digit and it will not move by itself
Weak wheels are... weaker. Doesn't need so much force to move but are much easier to break so don't push it too hard
Using PET-g may make them stronger
The biggest con is that it's not clicking like old version (you can hear a sound but not that much)
The middle digit is harder to move as you don't use both a forefinger and a thumb but only a forefinger. You can try to use both forefingers or a nail if needed
Assemble it upside-down. You have markings on top part and on all wheels - all wheels are different and must go to the right place
You need top and bottom parts (normal or keyring) and 3 wheels (I, II, III - normal or weak)

Small change in Wheels-weak - should work little harder so, in this case, better
Changes in Top and Bottom models (so in ALL files too) for easier assembling and using

Added a keyring version (may work with a ring horizontal or vertically placed - as on photos)
Small improvement to ‘4’ - should print cleaner
Small change to Wheels - less wobbly but harder to use - resize up (like maybe to 100,5-101%) for easier rotating
Removed ‘ALL’ files - now just add each separate file of your choice and click ‘arrange’

Made for 0.4mm nozzle
Can be printed with 0.2mm layer height, printing with 0.1mm shouldn't make any difference
Printed with 10% gyroid infill and 2 walls with PLA
Something like PET-g recommended for 'weak' versions - will be more 'springy' and harder to break
Around 12g of filament was used
Looks really nice with transparent as base color
Change colour on 1,8mm high - you will have digits (and some parts of the top and bottom) in different color
The force needed to move the wheels depends on filament, printer calibration and slicer settings
If it's too hard to move wheels you can use a weak spring wheels versions (it's 0.4mm thick instead of 0.8mm) or a horizontal expansion (xy compensation) - maybe something like -0.02 or so will help
Resizing the models may help too. You can try like 100.5% for easier or 99.5% for harder rotating
I think you can resize the models to 50% to use less filament but it should be still usefull (print normal wheels versions then, not 'weak')
