There is a flat surface on the rear of the Spaceship, set it flat on that surface in your slicer.

How I Designed This ===================

My son came to me with a drawing and told me it was the best one he ever had. I took a look at it and immediately started getting ideas on how to model it. I took a picture of the drawing and imported it into Shapr3D on my iPad, set the premeasured dimensions, and traced the lines out. From there it was really just extruding and playing around with fillets.
