as a professional mechanic engineers have a knack for making my life harder by over complicating even the simplest of tasks. I just wanted a simple, cheap to make, quick to print, crude, spool stand to keep my ever growing collection of pretty plastic yarn neat and tidy on my pre existing shelving units. I couldn't find one. so I took matters into my own grease stained hands and did some cad work so simple, a 3rd grader could have over complicated it.
I made two versions because I really only use two spool sizes, 1kg rolls and 200/250g rolls
each one takes about 2g of material and around 8 minutes to print with a .4mm nozzle on my ender 3 s1 pro.
use a brim of 4 or so lines if you are having adhesion issues
