I did not search exhaustively, but what I found was a nicely designed mount, but it was situated on the rear of the X Axis carriage and because of it's position X could not be homed while it was installed. I designed this so I can just leave the Kusba on it indefinitely with no interference of normal operation. I used 10mm long 3mm socket cap bolts to mount the assembly in the existing hot end cover bolt holes. I mounted the Kusba with 6mm long 3mm socket cap bolts to the mount to the assembly.
