Book Ornament

Books invoke memories, of when they were read, what was happening, who was around, etc.  Here's a way to add time capsules of memories into your ornament collection.

Take any book that had an impact on your life during the year and turn it into an Ornament.

Back-Story

My wife came up with an idea to use her book as a prop.

It was Christmas time and the tree was up.    We always add a unique ornament to our tree every year and she decided it would be nice to see her books on the tree. 

Flash Forward

I was looking at the tree this year and thinking about how nice those ornaments turned out. They will remind us of these day well into the future.

It dawned on me this could be done for any book and that I should share the idea.

Summary

Using a phone you can take a picture of any book and size a print to the book.  It is a bit of a challenge but the results are worth the effort.
