This is a spinning noise maker that prints in place without supports. Print it face down, then use a razor or other thin tool to break away the gear from the top plate (see photo for example). Once this is done, it will spin freely and make moderate noise. It will spin easier as it loosens up so just keep spinning it until it gets looser.

Should print fine in any material but was tested in regular PLA at 0.28mm layer height, 25% infill.
