Hexagon Packing Puzzle with Container and Lid, No support

This hexagonal/honeycomb shaped packing puzzle box should present a nice challenge. It consists of 15 pieces and a with triangles decorated container and lid. 

I've designed the lid to print up-side down, without any brim necessary. I recommend using the v3 version of the lid. It has some flexible friction tabs which could help with making the lid fit better to the container should the original lid be too loose. It also has an increased inner depth should the puzzle pieces turn out to be taller then expected. 

All pieces and parts can be printed without any support! 

The pieces can be flipped and turned to fit into the container. For the easiest puzzling experience puzzle directly inside the container or in the upside down lid, to make sure the puzzle pieces don't move around too much. 

Once completed the puzzle will consist of 4 layers, without any open gaps.

Printing tips

• Layer height 0.2mm or lower due to the decorative triangles on the pieces and the flexible friction tabs in the lid.
• Walls 2+
• Nozzle 0.4mm recommended

The design was modelled fully from scratch by me in Fusion 360. It was inspired by the ‘Prisma Puzzle’ by https://www.printables.com/@Pentoma_317401 so credits to him/her for the original idea. The pieces and solution are unique for both puzzles.
