Nvidia Tesla P4 "Backpack" fan shroud

Design inspired from thingi 6106006. This was a redesign from the ground up to place the fan on the back of the GPU so that it can fit in cases with an overall length limitation (my specific issue).

Note that in the HP G400 G4 that I have this imaged in I still had tro cut away some of the case with a dremel. I'm going to try a V2 of the design that slims the design down further to help those with smaller cases still.

Have now added a second design that mount the fan on the other side of the GPU
