This is a modified chest for the Dummy 13 posable figure by @soozafone for large, scaled up prints for easier assembly.

The ball joint of the Dummy 13 figure uses a slightly undersized socket to provide the necessary friction. When assembling the joints the socket needs to flex in order to receive the ball. When the model is scaled up it becomes increasingly difficult to assemble the joints as the parts get stronger with size and the size difference between the ball and the socket increases as well.

The chest is especially difficult as there is a lot more material around the lower socket which makes the part very stiff. At 300% scale I was unable to fit the the ball into the socket of the chest so I modified the part and removed some material to improve the flexibility of the socket. With the modification this socket has the same flexibility as the other sockets.

This is based on v7 of the chest. Tested at 300% scale. The reduction of the material does not affect the fit of the armor pieces.

The part is provided in STL and STEP formats at 100% scale so you can scale it to your desired size in the slicer yourself.

Type-F Version

The Type-F version is based on Dummy 13 Type-F by Keyar Cabico. Compared to the standard version it has narrower shoulders to achieve a more feminine appearance.
