Life/death heart/skull token for Karak

Hi! 

I modeled this token for Karak, on one side is heart and on the other is skull to represent lives of player in Karak.

I printed it with black white and red PLA filament. Black and white are used only on first and last two layers on 0.25 resolution on Prusa MINI and 100% infill. White is for main part and for nice backround of heart and skull. Is it possible to print in one color but then is the skull less visible.
