  • The dimensions are 2 7/32" × 2 7/32" × 5/8"
  • Shaft diameter of 5/16"
  • Shaft length of 3/8"

Order a second hand which will be needed for this project.

Assembly:

  1. The Hour hand disc should be a pressure fit onto the hour shaft on the mechanism (it should fit similar to using a regular hour hand generally used).
  2. Glue the Minute Disc Center into the Minute Disc (the two are separate pieces to get a cleaner concentric print pattern).
    • With the two glued you can now attach it to the second hand shaft on the mechanism.
  3. Take the second hand that comes with the mechanism and glue it to the underside of the Second Disc.
    • Once dry, mount it into the second hand shaft on the mechanism.
  4. Take your Hour, Minute, Second Hands and glue them onto their respective discs.

General Printing Tips:

  1. For speed print at 0.3 layer height.
  2. Use the Concentric Top fill setting to get a clean circular pattern on the front facing surfaces.
    • If there are gaps, play with the perimeter setting. Increasing the number will get rid of gaps and allow for a similar concentric pattern.
  3. Have fun with mix n' matching color patterns.
