Looking good, I like the variety of available models. However, the bases don't fit my needs, any chance you could/would add options with Gridfinity bases?

What I don't see listed, but would like to have for controllers:
- Wii U: gamepad + classic controllers
- Wii: classic + pro controllers
- 8BitDo Ultimate (2C)

Thanks for your work!

how about one for?
https://www.8bitdo.com/sn30-pro-usb-gamepad/
printed for model 8BitDo SN30 Pro+ / Pro 2 but not quite right for the gamepad.
and I second - Classic Pro Wired Controller For Wii - Wii U Pro Controller.

Great setup, really helped to keep things organized. Would love to see and Nvidia Shield controller if you ever get around to it!

Thanks!

I love all the designs so far!
Do you plan on doing the following controllers:
- Classic Pro Wired Controller For Wii
- Wii U Pro Controller

Unfortunately I'm missing the XBox Classic Controller and a mount for the namco LightGun.
And a mount for NintendoDS and other handhelds would be cool.
But I'm sure there's more to come.

Excellent system. Everything prints so fast and easily, and with high quality and good tolerances.

I would love to see support for Sega Genesis 6-button controllers!

Fantastic work was hopeing for an Xbox OG Duke mount as well to add to my collection as well. keep up good work

This is a good system, and I haven't found a design for a controller storage system as versatile as this, but I have a few complaints that keep me from wholeheartedly recommending it.

Starting off with the positives, it exists, and it works. Sure, I have some complaints, but you don't see me releasing my own controller storage system, it's a lot of work. And this system has mounts for a bunch of weirdly shaped controllers and it all can be configured in multiple ways and even has some documentation and mounting templates. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I could see this system spreading far with some tweaks; while the license prevents me from sharing any such modifications myself, I'm leaving this review to hopefully provide some constructive feedback:

- The designs use a lot of plastic for what they are, a lot of features seem too thick for a storage system that is meant to stay in the same place and the controllers are not very heavy
- One of the main reasons I wanted a rack rather than tossing my controllers in a drawer is to charge them, but they cannot be charged in the system's vertical orientation due to the angle and lack of clearance between controllers
- Tolerances are very tight on the mating parts. I was not using my 'quality' preset on these to reduce print time, but I had to assemble most of the mating parts with a mallet. The added rigidity helps in taller configurations, but I'd rather not have to use a hammer to put the thing together

Here's hoping this system continues to develop in the future

@smiksky I appreciate the feedback, this is actually the second modular controller system I have developed... the first one was really popular on thingiverse.

I agree with your point on using quite a bit of plastic, however... I wanted to keep the design as consistent as possible across all types of controllers. There are a LOT of shapes and forms and I didn't want some bases to stand out just because they could be much smaller than the others.

What sort of tweaks would you like to see in the future?

Regarding the charging thing, yeah... it's just really hard to try and and accommodate for every single controller configuration.

What really puzzled me is the tolerance thing though... tolerances across the board are set to .15mm which is way too lenient already, this is the first report I get regarding tolerances. Maybe try printing a calibration cube and see how your printer settings are?

At the moment I'm working to release Genesis and Dreamcast compatibility, with the latter one being a b*tch to design for (only controller i've come across with the cable on the bottom).

Thank you for your support

@Replicrafts_32503 Can you look at adding the Retro Fighters Dreamcast controller? it should be easier since the cable is on the top

This is amazing! Would it be possible to add support for Rift and Wii Pro controllers? (edited)

is there a file for xbox series x/s controllers?

This design is so good, I am printing them now to organise all the gaming stuff the kids use. Would it be possible to add support for this 8bitdo M30 controller?

@Replicrafts_32503 what if I 3D scan it and send you a model to print the body of the controller so use for the design?

@vin_1038973 yes, that would help me make it, if youre interested add me on discord “andrewe1”

Great design. (edited)
