Qidi X-Max3 Mod FilamentSensor AdaperPlate

The Qidi X-Max3 is prob the best consumer printer right now with some minor flaws. Most of them are easily fixed with some modding.

One of it is the back-mounted-filament-box/hanger. This is unpractical.

Whatever you use instead, like a IkeaDrybox standing beside, or one of the well engineered  custom Filament-side-mounts. You will need the Filament Sensor rotated by 90° to pull that off.
Just mount it on the one fitting screw is not the engineers way, so i made a model that fits perfectly. There are 2 longer and 2 shorter screws with the same diameter  as the original necessary though.

You will need printsupports on the overhang. Nothing else is special in this print.
