I have made this design based off Atari 2600 console.

Why? I wanted to feel a cool breeze now in winter of course. And also for drying up painted models :)

Whole kit printed on PRUSA MINI+.

Hardware used:

  • Halfround M2x8mm screw - 4x (Used in the top of the fan)
  • Halfround M2x16mm screw - 4x (Used in the bottom of the fan)
  • M2 nuts - 4x (optional, not really needed)
  • KCD1-1 (Switch)
  • Dc-025M (Power Input)
    • Dc wall plug (even better if it has changable jacks.)

I used cut wood for floors on front and rear panels, to further cement the original design idea on Atari console.

While the black PLA material looks nice and shiny, I suggest to use matt black spray to give your plastic matt look before assembly.

Simple wiring diagram for newbies (like me):

Note1: If your PC fan has more than 2 cables - they are for RPM feedback (not used in this project).

Note2: Check you voltage on your fan! You need to match or have less voltage or you risk damagig your fan!

If ATARI thinks this model somehow violates their trademark and whatnot, I'll delete this model if they want!

Expected print time of the kit with Prusa MINI+ is about 18+ hours with 0.20 Layer Height and stock slicer configuration.

If you have any suggestions, let me know. I can do similar models if you provide screenshots.

Be creative :)
