When I need a bunch of Dominos for repeated dry fits to dial in my parts's sizes, I typically sand down standard wooden Dominos. By printing these I get the advantage of a lower price, less of my time spent preparing and marking them, and a good fit with ease of use.
Since these are only used for dry fits, they don't need to be extra strong. I print them using the defaults for my Kobra 2 and don't include a brim.
Added 8mm and 10mm now that they have been tested. (Thanks for the assist @chetkloss.)
UPDATE 2024-07-31:
The 4mm were too wide. I hadn't tested them. Uploaded a revised STL.
UPDATE 2024-05-27:
I redesigned the 4, 5, and 6 using Fusion 360 w/ a fixed .045mm clearance. And I put round-overs on the ends to ease insertion. This makes them look like Chiclets. I like this version much better. If anyone wants the Fusion 360 files so they can change parameters, let me know. Also, if anyone wants updated 8mm and 10mm, let me know. I added a brim and used glue stick. Printed in PLA
