A big shotgun shell can cover.
Internal diameter is 66.3mm and 139mm tall to hold a beer can.
I didn't like getting cold, wet hands from the condensation on the tin so went looking for something cool to help out.
The Shogun Shell Vase by JLake3D was close to what I wanted so I did what I do and messed with someone else's model.
I'm printing the first draft now so I'll add any notes or make changes to the files as needed.
Edit,
It printed really well! I used a brim, including the inside, for the top part then glued both together. A little cleaning up with a fine file and it's ready for a nice cold tin.
The top section will print better if you flip it upside down. I'll get to that when I upload pictures of the finished print.
It's worth printing maybe 10mm of the “Beer ShotShell Top” file first, so you can check for a good fit on the cans you are going to be using. If It's too tight then you can scale both parts up by a couple of % in your slicer.
The author remixed this model.
Remixed to fit a beer can dimensions and added a primer hole in the base to make inserting and removing a can easier.
