Raspberry Pi4 with 5 inch Touchscreen

I searched a few sites for an existing model and could not find a model that supported this specific 5inch touchscreen (model: XPT2046) with a Raspberry Pi 4. The model does not require any supports during print. Additional screws are required:

4 Screws: 6x2
4 Screws: 4x5/8
