Front mount for the Raspberry Pi Pico on the GameCube. I designed this to be used for the PicoBoot modification. The model consist of three parts which can be printed individually:
- The first part is a hanger that is attached to the USB side of the Pi and then hanged onto a plastic rail on the GameCube's disc reader. The model has cutouts so that you can plug in a USB cable into the Pi without dismounting it.
- The second part is support for the Pi on the opposite side where the USB is located. This part is designed to be screwed down using one of the existing screw that are above the memory card slot.
- The third part is just a pin that is used to secure the Pi to the second part (support) and is slid through the hole in the support and the mounting screw hole on one of the Pi's edges.
I used a 0.2 mm nozzle to print all the parts.
Update 2024-09-07:
- Updated support slot so the pico actually fits. Wrong file was uploaded. Thanks to @DasUngesagte_2117791 for discovering it.
- Updated the hanger so VSYS-5V is exposed on the pico to accommodate to the latest PicoBoot wiring diagram for release v0.4
- Added step files for all models files.
