Updated Fan Guard for Prusa i3 MK3s+

In my opinion, the original fan guard by Der Peiner is an absolute must have for the MK3s printer. This very minor mod is to allow removal of the screw that holds the print fan shroud on the MK3s+, without removing Der Peiner's fan guard, to simplify nozzle changes.
