This is a modular test platform for trying out different bearing angles or even variable angle BCARs. Using parameters, you can adjust the bearing angle of the chiclets, the length of the BCAR in number of bearings, as well as mounting diameter. The chiclets use F683ZZ bearings, mounted with M3x12mm screws. I have included two sizes of default cores designed to fit the X-Shot Longshot muzzle, as well as a 5, 10, and 15 degree clockwise spin offset bearing chiclet and a blank to get started. Additional models can be generated by adjusting parameters in the Fusion files.
For variable bearing angles, it is recommended to use a blank after a bearing to allow room for a half dart to clear the previous bearing before hitting the next bearing.
Tolerances are very close, may need to adjust horizontal expansion slightly to get good fitment. I ran -.2mm of horizontal expansion for the shell to slide over cleanly and friction fit, your machine may differ. The chiclets should click into place and not wiggle, and if they're stuck you can use a small stick like an allen key to push it out using the hole opposite the chiclet.
