Edit:

FreeCAD updates broke the way the spradsheets work.
There is no way to get this file to work without me hassling through it again, which I won't.
If you are a Freecad person, try to find an older version of freecad for this to work.

As an alternative I uploaded a fusion 360 file doing the same thing.
Have a look in the parameters to change everything as you need.
It might work for “plausible” values. I tried to account for some “errors” using formulas.

Campus board for climbing strength training.

Use the FreeCad file (Size spreadsheet) to adapt it to your needs.

You can change the screws, the depth, the length, angle and more.

By changing the sizes, the drawing and the 3D objects will be adapted automatically.

I use 40 mm depth with 7,5° angle (good for beginning) and 2 M5x60 screws (30mm or more in the wood for good hold)

If you plan to use 200 mm length and more, consider adding another screw (not automatically generated) for secure hold.

I exported some other standard settings.

If you do not have/know FreeCad and need other specs, feel free to ask for them in the comments, I will try and export them for you.

Printer:

JGAURORA A1

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

12.5% Gyroid

Filament:

Enotepad PLA

Green

Notes:

Printed with 0,2 mm/layer without support
Added a brim to prevent warping

4 wall lines (perimeters)

5 top and bottom layers

12,5% Gyroid is enough to support my weight. Feel free to add more if you are not confident enough.

I added a cube with different settings right around the screws, up to the chamfer for the screw head (see CURA Screenshot).

To make such a cube in Cura

  • use the support blocker and click on it
  • Change size and position to match what you want
  • Click on "Per Model Settings" and change "Mesh Type" to "Modify setting for infill"
  • Add the settings to change for the cube

I chose these settings: 3 walls and 25% gyroid Infill.
