The EPB (Electronic Parking Break) switch broke on my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Part number 93766A / 937662W0004X 937662W9004X.
Originally replaced under warranty, but same bad design, resulting in further failure after a year or so.
Im not prepared to pay the £££'s the $tealers had quoted, so thought I would create my own clone.

Main assembly comes in two parts that simply fit together once printed. This minimises potential of breaking when fitting original rocker switch. However if it does, the insert can be reprinted and replaced rather that the entire assembly.
Fitting the insert was tight, and would not come apart easily without much force. If required two small lengths of filament (1.7mm) can be inserted (one each side) to secure the insert.
Once the assembly was printed, I added some silicone grease and transferred the individual components from the original switch. Although this model does include replacement parts, you need to use the original rocker switch and PCB.
I've created many many iterations (this is currently v9.0 ) to get to a working version. Latest design is now in two parts (main body and insert) that print at different orientations. Allowing layer direction to contribute to overall strength.
This is the most recent version V9 (previous versions are included)
Printed in ABS-PC. PLA may lead to failure in warmer months due to increased ambient temperature in cabin.
