This is a hinge pin for the lid of a wheelie bin. There seem to be many different types of wheelie bin around the world. I'm in the UK, and none of the hinge pins that I could find on Printables seemed to match the one I needed for my bin, so I made this in OpenSCAD. It seems to be a good fit.
I've included the OpenSCAD script in case you want to adapt it.
I printed mine in ABS, 0.2mm layer height, with 4 perimeters and 90% cubic infill, so that the prongs have the strength to flex a little without breaking. Print it in the supplied orientation without supports. The radiused/filleted head may print a little cleaner if you put some supports under the first few layers (or see the OpenSCAD script for a chamfered version), but hey, it's for a wheelie bin, not a display shelf :-)
UPDATE (2 JUN 24): I've added the chamfered version to save having to use the OpenSCAD script.
I've also reprinted mine in PETG with 100% infill (actually I just used 25 perimeters to ensure that there was no infill). The extra flex of the PETG, compared to my earlier ABS attempts, seems to allow the prongs to fully compress without cracking.
