I like to share this durable concrete mould as it is.

It's designed to craft flat planters, ideally suited for succulents and cacti. Considering your interest in this project, I assume you have the necessary experience, so I'll skip over the basics of printing the mould and pouring concrete.

Assembly

This design accommodates M4 metal inserts and M4x16mm countersink head screws to secure the outer shell around the core. Alternatively, slightly longer M4 screws with a spacer and nut are also compatible with the provided model files.

Begin the assembly by attaching the side walls of the core using duct tape at the flat sides. Then, seal the joints from the inside with more duct tape, ensuring alignment.

Insert the flat bottom piece into the core, sealing it from the inside with duct tape.

Now, encase the core with the outer shell, securing it with the screws. Use duct tape to press and align the middle elements to the outer shell, aiming to minimize gaps. Continue this process around the shell for a well-sealed assembly.

While there's minimal risk of concrete leakage, unsealed gaps can cause the concrete to dry unevenly, which is not ideal.

I personally emerge the concrete in a water bath as soon it is hard enough, to prevent dry spots and ensure even curing of the concrete.

Conclusion

I kept this description shorter than usual, as this is really a niche project. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
