Vise block for Balistic Advantage .308 Fluted Barrel

I needed to drill out the gas port on a Ballistic Advantage .308 fluted barrel.  

This vise block is tapered to fit the contour of the barrel and has a notch cut in it so access to the gas block is easy. Printed in TPU95 it is strong enough to hold the barrel firmly enough to drill the gas port out without marring the finish.

Printed in TPU95 with 3 walls/top/bottom and 60% gyroid infill gives it just the right density to grip the barrel firmly.

I have included a step file in case you want to play with the model to better fit your barrel.
