EC11 Encoder Knob height extending collar

Adds height to rotary encoder knobs on keyboards. Built specifically for these ‘acorn’ shaped guitar knobs. I included the Fusion 360 file if you'd like to adapt to other knobs. The print orientation isn't ideal for strength, so I'd recommend printing at 100% and using organic supports.

UPDATE: Added a variant  accepting an M3 grub screw. (6mm will recess, 8mm will sit flush)
